I found this hotel to be a mixed bag with its ups and downs. The rooms were initially in good condition and had a balcony, which was nice. However, some improvement could be made in terms of customer service, particularly at the reception and by Alaatdin. The location, although on a steep slope with narrow streets, was perfect for those exploring Sultanahmet or the grand bazaar. The dining experience included a nice assortment but with limited options. Overall, a decent stay with room for enhancement.
